Question 1

What does ArticuLive actually suggest?

Accepted Answer

Complete, natural sentences you can read aloud or adapt—not a list of tips about how to answer. Suggestions use the conversation and your authorized context, with a delivery tone such as confident and measured. Review every answer and keep it true to your experience.

Question 2

Can I use it with Meet, Teams, or Zoom?

Accepted Answer

Use ArticuLive alongside desktop meetings by selecting a supported browser tab, window, or screen and granting capture permission. Available audio sources depend on your browser, operating system, and meeting setup. The floating always-on-top view requires Document Picture-in-Picture support; ArticuLive does not join the meeting as a bot.

Question 3

How do LinkedIn profiles and my résumé work?

Accepted Answer

Add your résumé, portfolio, and relevant meeting materials in your context library. Public pages can be imported when readable. LinkedIn and Facebook links stay saved, but protected content needs an authorized pasted excerpt or an uploaded export. For large slide decks, use a readable PDF.

Question 4

Does it record the meeting?

Accepted Answer

ArticuLive does not record or store raw meeting audio or video. Live speech is processed into temporary text for coaching, and your uploaded preparation materials are saved to your account. Tell participants you are using AI assistance and follow the rules for your meeting.

Question 5

Is it allowed in my interview? Will the interviewer know?

Accepted Answer

That depends on the employer, not on ArticuLive. Some hiring teams allow AI help during a live interview, and many do not. Check the interview instructions or ask your recruiter before you use the live companion. ArticuLive does not join the call or speak for you. It is also not built to hide. If you share your whole screen, the companion can appear in what others see. Where live help is not allowed, use Practice to run mock interviews beforehand instead. ArticuLive is not for having AI talk for you or for getting around an employer’s rules.

Question 6

Can I practice without joining a call?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Practice and the standalone companion work without a live meeting. Choose a scenario, add your background and goals, and type the questions you want to rehearse.

Question 7

Are the iOS and Android apps available?

Accepted Answer

Mobile editions are planned and marked Coming Soon. They are not available in the App Store or Google Play yet, and no launch date is announced. You can use the current coaching experience in a supported desktop browser today.

Question 8

How does the seven-day trial work?

Accepted Answer

New subscribers can try Professional for seven days. A payment method is required at Stripe Checkout. The monthly Professional plan then renews at $29/month unless you cancel before the trial ends. Annual billing is $228 a year ($19/month), and Executive is $49/month or $420 a year; compare them on the pricing page. Returning subscribers may not be eligible for another trial.
